Here is the application process:

Incoming applications
Thank you for your application. We are delighted that you are interested and will get back to you with a confirmation of receipt.

Evaluation
We will check your documents carefully, which can take up to two weeks.

Get to know each other personally
If your profile matches our company and one of our positions, we will invite you to an initial telephone interview where you can get to know us as a company and we can get to know you better as a person. The next step is then to get to know you in more detail with the head of the department and another colleague, either in a relaxed setting or via a video conference.

Decision
If both sides are convinced, we will send you an offer, otherwise you will of course also receive feedback from us.
