How does the application process work?
It is best to apply digitally so that we can also access your documents on the move. But of course we pay no less attention to documents submitted in analog form.
Which documents must be included in the application?
In addition to your motivation for 29FORWARD, please send us your CV and all certificates of previous employment and training since leaving school. Your availability and salary expectations should also be included.
In which formats can your attachments be sent?
All common file formats are readable, but we prefer PDF. The file attachments should not exceed a total size of 5 MB.
How does the rest of the application process work?
Once we have received your documents, we will check them and get in touch with you as soon as possible. If we believe that you are a good fit for 29FORWARD, we will get to know you initially with your line manager. He will introduce you to 29FORWARD, its clients and projects, and you will tell him about your career, your experience and your motivation. If everything fits, a second interview takes place in a relaxed atmosphere with a few future colleagues.
How should you prepare for your interview?
Preferably not at all. Seriously, come as you are. We prefer authenticity to memorized phrases.
Will your application be treated confidentially?
Naturally. Your documents will be handled with absolute confidentiality.
Are travelling expenses to job interviews reimbursed?
Naturally.
Can you write your thesis at 29FORWARD AG?
Of course. If your topic includes BI, banking or specific topics such as SAS or statistical areas, we would be delighted if you could contribute your idea.
How long do customer projects take on average?
Since projects and customer requirements differ greatly, it is not possible to say this in general terms. Even with an average value, it is questionable whether this will apply to you.
How long do travelling activities take on average?
As seniority increases, so does the proportion on site. But we are usually on site with the customer for four days. However, their time can be divided up flexibly, so that Fridays without work are also possible.
Do you have to change your place of residence for work?
In principle, any place of residence is suitable for starting projects from there. However, it is up to you to decide whether our locations are still worth moving to.
Can you also gain international experience in London?
If your skillset matches the current project volume, you are welcome to gain international experience.
